Academic Hospital–Harvard Medical Faculty Collaboration (About Partners Health Care)
Academic Hospital acts with the understanding of presenting to society by following developments in the health field on a daily basis, with the responsibility of being Turkey's leading academic private hospital; in February 2012, we signed a cooperation agreement with Harvard Medical School. With this agreement, Academic Hospital's patients can receive professional support from Partners Health Care, which is the operator of the large hospital system affiliated with Harvard Medical School in the USA, through our specialist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment processes. In case of request or need, all coordination and organization processes are followed by Academic Hospital on behalf of the patient in hospitals affiliated with Harvard Medical Faculty, and their treatment is carried out. Patients at Academic Hospital can take advantage of world-class treatment planning and care at Harvard's leading teaching hospitals (Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, and McLean Hospital) through the framework of this program. Diagnosis and treatment stages of many of our patients, especially those in medical oncology, urological oncology, pathology, hematology, and chest diseases, are followed and finalized in cooperation with Harvard Medical Faculty.

In 2009, it obtained the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, and ISO 10002:2004 Customer Complaints Management System certificates and transitioned to the Integrated Management System.
Our radiology unit provides uninterrupted 24/7 service in microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, serology, and genetic testing under the supervision of EQAS (Bio-rad).
UK NEQAS quality programs in our central laboratory include digital mammography, digital x-ray, bone density measurement (with Q-CT), ultrasonography/color doppler USG, and interventional radiology.
